KDS Seal Inserts and Accessories

Large range of split sealing elements to use with pre-wired cables and the KDS Modular Cable Entry System.
IP66 versions for 1.5mm to 36mm diameters and flat cable.

IP54 membranes vesrions for un-termnated cables and tubes where IP66 is not required.

Accessories include:-
 
Seal insertion tool
 The KDS BW 1 tool makes it easy to insert and remove the seals in to the KDS frames.  The ergonomic grip and slotted shaft are ideal for confined spaces and makes sure the seal are pressed firmly in to the inlays
 
Shield-connection rails
 The shield-connection rails, when used together with the wide range of shield-connection clips, enables cables to be shielded close to the entry/exit of the panel in a quick and easy process.
 These rails are mounted to the inside of the enclosure using the same fixings as the KDS/KES frame.
 
Shield Clips
 Several options are available, including the new SABK multi-clip, the traditional SAB spring clip and the SSAB screw clamp version.
 The clips are available for cables of 1.5 mm ø to 32 mm ø.
 
Punching tools
 A full range of sheet metal punches has been developed and are compatible with most of the leading manufacturers hydraulic pumps.
 There are 2 versions designed for sheet steel and stainless steel, covering the 4 types of KDS frame cut-outs.
