Our robust signal horn is engineered to deliver a powerful 105 dB horn signal, making it ideal for use in explosive environments classified as zones 1, 2, 21, and 22. The horn features a modular system with a synthetic cover made from fiberglass-reinforced polyester, which ensures both strength and resistance to corrosion. It is equipped with a flame-proof chamber rated "d" and an increased safety connection chamber rated "e," providing enhanced protection and safety in hazardous areas.
The horn's insulation class II design eliminates the need for potential equalization, simplifying installation and maintenance. DC models are fitted with electronic switches that extend the service life of the device significantly. With an IP66 rating, the horn offers excellent protection against dust and water ingress, and it operates efficiently within a wide temperature range of -20°C to +75°C. This makes it a reliable choice for various demanding industrial and safety-critical applications.
