CROUZET CONTROL

Level control MNS - OBSOLETE

NOW OBSOLETE WITH NO SUGGESTED REPLACEMENT

This unit is used for level control using floats (input/output sensors). When power is connected, the relay remains in standby mode and level control does not begin until the push button is pressed. This button is on the front but can also be connected between Y1 and A1 for an external button.

The output relay only activates if the input/output sensor opens. If the level is raised so that the sensor closes, the relay drops out after the set time delay (Toff). When the level drops and the sensor opens again, the relay is reactivated after the time delay (Ton). The LEDs flash when the power is connected to the unit due to the cycle having not started yet (the push button has not been pressed). The time delays Ton and Toff are set between 1 and 10 s. using two potentiometers on the front. Green LED (Un) indicates supply voltage OK. Yellow LED (R) indicates active relay output.
