HMS Networks Anybus Wireless

Anybus Wireless Bolt is able to connect industrial machines and devices to a wireless network. It can be attached onto a cabinet or a machine to enable wireless access over Bluetooth®, Bluetooth Low Energy® or Wireless LAN (WiFi).

The Anybus Wireless Bolt can also communicate over Industrial Ethernet and supports protocols such as BACnet/IP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP as well as all TCP and UDP based protocols.

 

The bolt is used as a wireless access point to connect industrial machines/ devices to a wireless network, it can also be used to wirelessly connect machines and devices to a factory network. The Anybus Wireless Bolt comes as an All-in-one package including: connector, communication processor and integrated antenna within the same unit, with an IP67 rating which makes it ideal for most industrial environments. The wireless bolt has a range of up to 100m via bluetooth or WIFI and allows you to use your own devices (laptop/ tablet/ smartphone) as an HMI. The bolt can be mounted to a cabinet or machine an M50 screw.

The Anybus Wireless Bridge II can be used to create an industrial wireless connection in an industrial ethernet network and it can also be used as an access point. The wireless Bridge II is ideal for hard to reach areas or hazardous areas where cables are not desirable; the Wireless Bridge II tends to be paired with a second Wireless Bridge II to replace cables. The wireless bridge has a range of up to 400m and is IP65 rated. The Anybus Bolt and Wireless Bridge II are both fully compatible with each other and can be used to extend a wireless network.
