OEM Automatic at BeerX 2020

OEM Automatic’s Pressure and Flow team is delighted to be exhibiting at BeerX on 11 - 12 March 2020 in Liverpool. BeerX is the UK's largest independent craft brewing trade show, attracting breweries, brewing industry businesses and the media.

This must-attend event for those in the brewing industry is being held at the purpose-built Exhibition Centre on Liverpool Waterfront. There’s an expanded exhibition by suppliers of products and services like OEM Automatic. There’s also a packed schedule of expert workshops and panel debates. Plus a trade-only beer showcase of award-winning independent craft beers in cask, keg, bottle and can. And plenty of networking opportunities.

Whether you are a current or potential customer, do come and see us there. We are very pleased to be spotlighting products from two of our highly regarded suppliers, Definox, a specialist in high tech process and control equipment, and Anderson-Negele, a global leader in hygienic instrumentation.

Definox products can be found in a wide variety of process applications including, of course, brewing. The company designs and manufactures high-tech products capable of satisfying the most stringent requirements for modern processes, performance, hygiene and flexibility for use in food and beverage industries worldwide.

Definox is an acknowledged specialist in process valves and we are looking forward to exhibiting the innovative VEOX mixproof valve, an upgrade from the NEOS product. It meets the strongest requirements of process technology and is the ideal solution for brewing as well as food and cosmetics processes.

Also from Definox, and of great benefit to process manufacturers, is its modular, easily configurable and adaptable on-line pigging system. This is suitable for most liquid and paste products in DIN, SMS or US pipe line standards, and cuts the cleaning and processing costs of preparing the line for the next batch. It reduces downtime between two processes and provides an ecological solution to the problem of waste processing by cutting wastage of expensive product and use of cleaning fluids, and reducing water consumption in CIPs.

Anderson-Negele specialises exclusively in hygienic products highly suitable for the brewing industry, as well as the rest of the food and beverage industry, and the pharmaceutical industry. It has over 35 years experience in designing and manufacturing high quality, innovative and reliable hygienic instrumentation.

Its products are economical with a robust build quality and technological edge, essential to meet the high and ever-changing demands of production processes.

We are showcasing Anderson-Negele’s new digital interface IO-Link which has a large number of measuring points, control and operating elements, offering significant advantages in the reliable control of all process technology. All sensors of the modular platform are equipped with this communication standard in parallel with the conventional analogue 4-20 mA interfaces. Both can be used, either at the same time or separately.
