Dehn is a specialist manufacturer of surge protection devices (SPD’s) based in Neumarkt, Germany. The family-owned business was founded in 1910 and is a global player, supplying surge protection and safety equipment into a range of industries. 

Innovation has always been at the core of Dehn’s philosophy. The world’s first SPD, the J250, was designed, manufactured, and launched by Dehn in 1954 and the company now has over 1100 patents across a range of products.

With over 110 years of experience and 2,400 employees worldwide, Dehn protects buildings, telecommunications technology, process industry, photovoltaic systems, wind turbines and more from the dangers of surge events.
