Schischek logo
Schischek provide damper actuators, valve actuators, sensors and controllers for safety-critical, explosion-proof HVAC requirements. They are located in Langenzenn in Germany and have been part of the Rotork Group since 2013.

Schischek electric actuators are used in HVAC systems both onshore and offshore. They are to be found, for example, in the:

  • chemical industry
  • pharmaceutical industry
  • petrochemical industry
  • oil and gas industry
  • compressor stations and power plants
  • industrial plants
  • sewage plants
  • technical building services.

The electric actuators (InMax, RedMax and ExMax) are compact, robust and reliable. They are ideally suited for fire and smoke damper valves and ventilation systems which require precise temperature control.

The electric actuators are available in IP66 and IP67 as both quarter-turn and linear products with optional spring failsafe. Torque options range from 5Nm to 150Nm on the quarter-turn and from 500N to 3,000N on the linear actuators.

The actuator range is available with ex-proof volume flow, temperature/humidity and differential pressure sensors.  Fire door hold magnet systems complete the safety system offering.

Schischek products are ISO 9001 and ATEX certified and are safe for use in environments which include gases, vapours, mists and dust.

What makes Schischek stand out?

Schischek’s strong focus is on safeguarding life, health and assets by providing safety-critical, explosion-proof products. These products are electrically compatible with all established control products and brands, and mechanically compatible with a wide range of dampers and valves.
Clients receive good support through all project phases, from planning through to installation, completion and on-going site service.
