Bernard Controls offer complete electric actuator solutions for the industrial valve and damper markets. These include power generation, nuclear, oil & gas, LNG, water, shipbuilding, automotive and cement industries.

(Bernard Controls are sometimes known as Deufra, the name for its German subsidiary.) 

The Bernard range of actuators covers 15Nm to 610,000Nm (with gearbox). The range is offered in quarter-turn, multi-turn, modulating explosion-proof or failsafe options. These are supported by state of the art control functionality (integral, intelligent or fieldbus). 

The Bernard Master Station fieldbus control system provides a one stop integration facility, designed to ease the command and control of a large number of motor-operated valves. 

Bernard actuators conform to many global standards including ATEX, SIL, NEMA, IEEE, RCC-E, Bureau Veritas, CSA and INERIS.
